Pack Your Items

Place the sunglasses in their original protective case and box to prevent damage during transit, including all accessories and cleaning cloths.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
